Shipping

The offer on this page is aimed at end consumers who are resident in the EU. Exceptions require a separate agreement. The delivery package always contains the delivery note. You will receive the invoice by e-mail. It is currently not possible for us to package the goods as a gift.

We only deliver within the EU (DHL).

Delivery times

Your order will generally be processed immediately, at the latest, however, on the following working day after receipt (subject to availability of goods). The delivery times are noted accordingly with the products. 

Delay

If there is a delay in delivery, we will inform you by e-mail.

Subsequent deliveries

If some of the goods you have ordered are not available, these goods will be delivered free of charge.

Reservation

We reserve the right to provide an equivalent service (goods or services) in terms of quality and price, or not to provide the promised service if it is not available.

Packaging and shipping costs

In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of 9.95 EUR per order for delivery within the EU.
